• United States: calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (after discounts, before tax) within the contiguous US.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.
• Canada & International: carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
• Expedited options: 2-Day and Next-Day where available, shown at checkout.

Note: Free shipping thresholds and service availability may change during special releases or peak seasons.

Order Processing Times

• In‑stock, verified inventory: typically ships in 1–2 business days.
• Release weeks and holidays: allow an additional 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT process the next business day.

We’ll email you as soon as your label is created and again when the carrier scans your package.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Estimates exclude processing time and customs clearance. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking & Notifications

1. Order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
2. Shipping confirmation with tracking link when your label is created.
3. Delivery updates from the carrier; subscribe within the tracking page for SMS updates.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan.

Carriers We Use

• United States: USPS, UPS, and FedEx (service chosen based on speed, reliability, and destination).
• International: DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, or local postal partners depending on the route.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

• PO Boxes: ship via USPS only; expedited options may be limited.
• APO/FPO/DPO: supported via USPS; delivery times vary by location and military processing.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

• Import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery (DDU). These are the recipient’s responsibility unless indicated otherwise at checkout.
• Customs processing can add 2–7 business days to delivery times.
• Please use your full legal name and accurate address to avoid delays.

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions or regulatory changes.

Address Changes & Cancellations

• If you need to update an address or cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
• We can modify orders only before they ship. Once a label is created, changes may require a carrier intercept (fees may apply and are not guaranteed).

Missed or Failed Deliveries

• If marked as “Delivery attempted,” carriers will usually reattempt or hold at a nearby facility.
• Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped; additional postage may apply.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to reduce transit times. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.

Packaging & Condition

• Each item is inspected, authenticated, and packed in protective poly or box mailers.
• Sustainability: we use right‑sized packaging and recyclable materials whenever possible.
• Signature confirmation may be required for higher‑value shipments.

Peak Seasons & Special Releases

During major releases, holidays, and adverse weather events, carriers may experience delays. We’ll keep you updated via email if your order is affected.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, check with household members and neighbors first.
• File a claim with the carrier and contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll assist with next steps.
• For visible damage, photograph the packaging and item before opening if possible.
