Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. We specialize in authenticated Supreme shirts and carefully verify every item before it ships.

Note: Galerie Jean‑Paul Barrès is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Supreme. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or stains.
  • All original tags, accessories, and branded packaging (if applicable) must be included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery as shown by the carrier.
  • Only items purchased directly from galeriejeanpaulbarres.com are eligible.
  • We may require photos to pre‑approve a return. Items sent back without authorization (RMA) may be rejected.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you’re returning, and reason (fit, changed mind, defective, wrong item, etc.).
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. For most US returns, we can issue a prepaid label. A label fee (up to $12.95) may be deducted from the refund, or you may use your own trackable service.
  3. Pack securely. Include the RMA on or inside the package. Ship within 14 days of RMA approval.
  4. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can prioritize a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once received, returns are inspected within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks usually post within 3–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
  • If you used a prepaid return label from us, the label cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
  • For gifts returned by a recipient, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return and request an exchange. We can:

  • Reserve the requested item for up to 3 business days once your exchange is approved, or
  • Issue store credit or a refund if the requested item is unavailable.

Exceptions and special cases

  • Final sale items, undergarments, and items marked “Non‑returnable” cannot be returned.
  • Evidence of wear, odors, or missing tags/packaging may result in a partial refund or refusal.
  • Suspected counterfeit or tampered items are not eligible for return; we may cooperate with payment providers and authorities where appropriate.
  • Price adjustments are not offered on prior purchases.
  • Packages reported as delivered by the carrier but not received must be reported to us within 7 days; we’ll assist with a carrier investigation. We are not liable for theft after delivery confirmation.

International returns

  • Return shipping and any customs, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non‑refundable.
  • Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import charges. We are not responsible for fees caused by incorrect declaration.
  • UK/EU customers: you may have a 14‑day right to cancel from receipt. Notify us within 14 days and return within a further 14 days in original condition.

Order changes & cancellations

  • We can try to cancel or modify orders within 30 minutes of placement during business hours while status is “Processing.”
  • If the order has shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages: original shipping and return shipping charges may be deducted from refunds.
